1. Cases Eligible for Return or Exchange
You may request a return or exchange in the following cases:
1.If there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
- Must be reported within 3 days of receiving the order, with photos showing the issue.
2.If you received the wrong product or it was damaged during shipping.
- Must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
3.If you wish to exchange a product that has not been opened or used.
- Allowed within 7 days of receipt, provided the product is in its original condition.
2. General Conditions
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition with complete packaging.
- Returns or exchanges are not accepted for opened or used products, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
- Free products or promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear manufacturing defect.
- For exchanges requested for personal preference, the customer bears the shipping cost.
- If the error is on our side, we cover all costs related to exchange or shipping.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases of return or cancellation.
- If the order is canceled after shipping, a processing fee of 50 will be deducted.
3. Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For bank transfers, the customer will be asked to provide their IBAN number.
